  1. Login to your cPanel at eHostPros<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the E-mail Filtering link in the Mail area.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the Add Filter link.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the required header field in the first drop-down list. These are the various fields in any e-mail message.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the required filter action in the second drop-down list. This action will act on the text entered in the third field.\n
      \n
    • equals – match the text exactly (whole words only). \u201cCredit\u201d will block \u201cCredit\u201d.<\/li>\n
    • matches regex – matches the text based on regular expression (regex) rules. Regular expressions are a powerful but complex area. You do not need to use regular expression filters for most circumstances.<\/li>\n
    • contains – match the specified text in any circumstance. \u201cporn\u201d will block \u201cporn\u201d and \u201cpornography\u201d.<\/li>\n
    • begins with – match the specified text when it is the beginning of a word. \u201cporn\u201d will block \u201cporn\u201d and \u201cpornography\u201d but not \u201cteenporn\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Enter the filter text in the third field. This text is case sensitive.<\/li>\n
    • Enter the destination for the filtered e-mail in the Destination field. There are three separate types of destination:\n
        \n
      • Destroy the e-mail – Enter Discard in the field.<\/li>\n
      • Redirect to another address – Enter the e-mail address to which to redirect the e-mail.<\/li>\n
      • Redirect to a script – Enter the full script path on the machine that hosts your website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Click on the Activate button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Example:<\/p>\n

        • To redirect all e-mail from \u201cjohn@paradise.net\u201d, enter: From, \tequals,\tjohn@paradise.net, david@corse.org.nz<\/li>\n
        • To delete all e-mail from paradise.net, enter: From, \tcontains,\tparadise.net, Discard<\/li>\n
        • To delete all references to pornography, enter: Any Header, contains, porn, Discard<\/li>\n
