Drupal Softaculous Installation Tutorial

Follow these steps to install Drupal using Softaculous:

Locate cPanel and Softaculous

First, you need to access your cPanel. To do that, login to your cPanel using URL: http://Yourdomain.com/cpanel

Once you access your cPanel account, click on the Softaculous icon, located in the Software section.

Go through the Drupal Installation Process

To begin with the installation, point the Drupal icon in the list of most popular applications and click on the Install button.

Now, you need to fill in the necessary information about your new Drupal application. First, select the domain you want to install it for and a subfolder. If you want that installation to be primary for your domain, leave the In Directory field empty. You can leave the CRON Job field to its default settings. Generally, it’s used by modules to execute scheduled tasks so if you’re not instructed to modify this specifically, you don’t need to.

The next box that you need to fill in is the one for your login details. Type in your admin username and password and press the Install button at the end of the page to finish the installation.
